It has come to light recently that certain members are abusing the message board using it to advertise their products etc. All Pumped Up.org & MuscleZine are provided for your use at our expense and we dont expect it to be abused, so we have come up with some certain rules that must be followed. This list is constantly being updated.

NO Spamming

No advertising
Please do not use the forum to advertise your websites and products it was not set up for that we have a links page that relevant links can be added to just PM admin or a moderator for more info. Anyone breaking this rule will be banned no questions asked.

Only post relevant material in the relevant forum
Basically bodybuilding posts go in the bodybuilding forum etc it sounds simple but a few members have had there posts moved and this just makes extra work for the moderators.

No flaming other members
Basically no bullying or taking the piss out of other members. We do not tolerate bullying and action will be taken against those members who break this rule.

No source posting
No asking for or advertising anabolic steroids. This board is not ment as a method to find steroids online so dont bother asking such posts will be deleted and the user warned where appropriote.

We do not condone the use and abuse of anabolic steroids or other legal/illegal subsatnces used in an illegal manner. This site is for entertainment purposes only and we take no responsibility for its content.
